I am a 23 year old training actress from Germany. Growing up the daughter of a story-teller, stories have always fuelled my life. My love for the art was born at an early age, when movies, TV shows and plays that I performed in helped me overcome my shyness. Stepping into the shoes of different characters, helped me gain confidence. Regardless of the performance and character I played, I always found a characteristic in them that I admired and applied to my own life.

Why do you watch movies and TV shows?

For me, it was either a nice escape from reality, where all my deadlines or worries disappeared for a short while. Or, it was a way for me to feel certain emotions when I desperately craved them, whether it was the need to laugh, to cry, or to be scared; I always had something in my roster to get me there. This release of our inner and buried emotions, is the reason I want to act. I want to provide to others, the service and joy that films have brought me over the years. I desire to give others an opportunity to wind down, but also to be challenged by the stories at hand.
